A tabbouleh is a salad of bulgur wheat, where the wheat is soaked over night rather than being cooked. This is very easy to make and is a wonderful accompaniment to tagines and stews.
This dish is also trivial to make, you simply have to remember to soak the bulgur wheat the night before — then it's just a case of assembling the tabbouleh.
